Society Swizzle

Ingredients

2 oz Otherland Society Wild Hare Rum

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz Spiced Pineapple Syrup

4 Dashes MM Aromatic Bitters

Sea Salt

Bunch of Mint for Garnish

Crushed Ice

Step by Step

Place mint leaves in a glass with Otherland Rum, fresh lime juice and spiced pineapple syrup, and sea salt.

Add crushed iced until glass is three-quarters full, then add bitters.

Insert a genuine swizzle stick or a bar spoon into glass, stopping just above mint leaves, and hold its handle between your palms.

Slide your hands back and forth against each other, gently spinning the spoon or swizzle stick.

Garnish with fresh mint and aromatic bitters.
